Working in HR for over 20 years, AWARD-WINNING Kimberly has been voted ‘the most influential woman in HR consulting’ and the ‘best leadership developer for professional services firms,’ by her clients.

Being a people person, Kimberly approaches both life and work with good humour and a smile. Having spent many years working for blue-chip companies in London, she now happily runs Spotlight HR from sunny St. Leonards-on-Sea, offering her expertise to organisations across the South East and as far away as the Outer Hebrides!

In her capacity as an HR guru, you can find Kimberly co-hosting the live HR YouTube sessions every Thursday at 10am, ‘HR at 10 in 10’ covering off the very latest in HR news. She also frequently appears on the BBC Radio Sussex offering viewers her unflappable and straightforward HR advice.

Doug brings his vast industry experience from both the private and public sectors. He’s been advising clients on ‘hands-on’ practical HR solutions, right up to strategic board-level initiatives, for well over 30 years. As Spotlight’s Senior Employment LAW and HR Specialist, Doug supports organisations of all sizes to achieve the best and most achievable HR outcomes, every time.

HR Administrator

Cherri has almost 20 years of administration experience, including the full back office running of various businesses. This enables her to have a solid understanding of the smooth operations needed, which enables the rest of the team to be able to fulfil their roles successfully, with the admin support behind them. Cherri enjoys the variety of tasks within Spotlight HR and always looks to seek out the most effective solutions where needed.
