Kimberly is delighted to be a Business Advisor with Time to Grow, a new business support programme for ambitious business owners across East Sussex.

Time to Grow gives eligible, established businesses access to up to 16 hours of fully funded, one-to-one support from one of more than 20 specialist advisers.

Kimberly’s expertise is in HR and organisational development. Through the programme, she’ll help business owners strengthen leadership, develop their people, shape a positive culture, and manage organisational change with greater confidence.

Every business starts with a diagnostic conversation to identify its priorities. We then match it with the adviser whose experience best suits the challenges and opportunities it wants to address.

This is practical, tailored support, focused on helping each business take action and make meaningful progress.
