Spotlight HR turns 6!

This month marks a special milestone for us – Spotlight HR is celebrating its sixth anniversary in business!

Over the past six years, we’ve had the privilege of helping organisations of all sizes get their people business right, creating workplaces that are happier, healthier, and more secure for everyone. From guiding leaders through change and compliance to supporting teams as they grow and develop, it’s been a joy to see so many businesses thrive with the right people practices in place.

Our mission has always been simple: to shed light on what good HR looks like, and to make it accessible, practical, and human. As our CEO, Kimberly Bradshaw says, “Because when people feel valued, supported, and safe, businesses flourish.”

We’re also celebrating with not one, but two birthday treats this year – the arrival of Annemarie and Katherine, who have recently joined the Spotlight HR team!

Both bring a wealth of experience and their own unique areas of expertise, strengthening our ability to support clients across an even broader range of HR needs. We’re incredibly excited to have them on board.
