At Spotlight HR it is extremely important to us to provide the highest standards of service at all times.

While we often get lovely feedback from our clients, thanking us for doing just this, we wished to understand our service standard levels from across the board, to see the areas we are exceeding in and any areas that are felt we could improve upon.


We are delighted to say that we recently surveyed every client that has worked with us since 2019, providing us with the insights that:

Our Net Promotor Score (NPS), which shows how likely clients are to recommend us, was 88, which is 37 points higher than our competitors and is the top percentile.

Our communication was rated as very good by 88% and good by 12%. Some of the comments, when we asked what we could do better, were;
 ‘Keeping doing what you are doing’
 ‘Fantastic service’
 ‘Nothing, stay as you are’
 ‘You are very good as you are’

Going forward we will be conducting annual feedback surveys to ensure that we are consistently keeping our standard levels at the highest point possible.
