Hot Topics Right To Work From Home? – 5th June 2020
Some of our UK media are saying that workers could gain the legal right to work from home with employers only having the right to refuse if their duties can only be done in the workplace. This would turn around the current regulation which enables workers to request they work from home but companies are able to refuse the request if there is a business case to do so. A move like this could create better work/life balance for employees and thus better engagement and productivity. For employers it would reduce the need for such large workplaces thus reducing costs. What do you think?
